I first discovered pottery in high school and was immediately drawn to the mix of creativity and problem-solving it requires. Today, I focus on making functional pieces for everyday use, designed with comfort and form in mind. I work with both electric and soda firing, using the precision of electric firings alongside the unpredictable nature of soda firing to create surfaces that balance intention with spontaneity. This combination keeps my process both challenging and inspiring.
