Here we go: I started making sourdough bread in 2012 and fell in love with the process. It became an obsession and quickly turned into a " my friends and family all want bread so let's sell it!" I slowly turned my product into something that is uniquely mine. In a time when sourdough baking has exploded, I have kept true to my values and goals as a baker. I love to push the boundaries!
